Message #3 - December 2009Dear friends!Yes baby! This is what we are in for! Definite reasons why SPEED LIMIT got back together again! Kick ass, red hot, hard rocking rocksongs! My Goddness – that´s what we call having fun in the recording studio – so we can´t wait bringing these songs on stage.The way things are developing while recording the new material kind of blew us away. But there are always two sides of the coin. We had to totally rescedule the timetable. We started at a high quality-level and we simply have to keep the ball high. But this takes it´s time.First we planned to finish the album in october 2009, then intended to do so in february 2010. Anyway – There´s no real pressure. The only rule is: It´s got to be GOOD – and there´s noone in the back with the stoppwatch to force us to any deadline.It may well be springtime untill everything´s done. Not only the recording itself but also the odd layout-, artwork-, manufacturing- and pr-machinery. So we hope to hit stages again in March or April.Unfortunely we´ve missed the one or other opportunity to gig with some of our heroes as we did in the year before. But we are full of hope that this next year will even outshine last years concert-highlights. To be true – we´re working hard to make this happen (and have some jokers up our sleeves)!We ask for your kind understanding – and we promise that we´ll be giving it everything – all our blood, sweat and tears – that we can soon have some great fun together again!Have a peacefull x-mas and a hell of a party before slipping into a succesfull 2010!Thanx so far!
